Scope of Services
We provide educational and personal development coaching services for teenagers. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Eligibility
Services are available only with written parental consent. Access may be suspended if consent is withdrawn.
Online Conduct
Respectful behavior is required. We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct, with parental notification.
Intellectual Property
All course materials are proprietary and may not be recorded or shared.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in coaching services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All coaching sessions are conducted in a confidential manner. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:
– with parental consent
– where safeguarding or legal obligations require disclosure
– in cases of risk of harm to the participant or others
Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in online environments.
DISCLAIMER – NO MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL TREATMENT
Coaching services are not psychological therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care.
We do not:
– diagnose mental health conditions
– treat emotional or psychological disorders
– replace professional medical or mental health services
Parents remain fully responsible for the participant’s mental and emotional well-being.
In emergencies, appropriate medical or crisis services must be contacted immediately.
ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling in or participating in the program, parents, guardians, and participants acknowledge and accept these policies, terms, and disclaimers.
